What great service we have had today by Sonny, in this sweltering heat. He has been diligent in finding our blockage, and has taken the time to explain in layman's terms what has been done and in future what to do if it happens again. Well done Sonny!!! Very professional.

No I don't work for Fawcett Plumbing and no I have never used them before but our building needed a plumber today as the kitchen sink was blocked. So we looked on True Local and my gut feeling said this company was ok and their website said it like it was. So, I rang Mark, the owner who said Sue would call me back with a time, Sue rang within about 10 minutes to say Plumber Simon was on his way. Simon then rang to say he was on his way and I gave him directions to park in the rear of the property. When Simon arrived he looked at the job and brought in his goody box of tricks and in about 45 minutes had the job all wrapped up, cleaned up after him and charged us slightly less than was quoted. I h ave to hand it to the team at Fawcett that they are prompt and efficient, truthful and incredibly friendly, they dispelled the horror stories you often hear about plumbers. Today was on it's way to 46C so not a pleasant day for any trades-person but Simon was very cool, he even allowed the three of us to watch him which can be unnerving to some people. We had the need of Fawcett plumbing services again after the last time they cleared the tree roots from our sewer pipes I had forgotten to get them to check the bathroom outlet pipe which had started to block up so Luke Butler from Fawcett came by with the hydrojet & in a few minutes had the pipes cleared, he also double checked with their special camera. excellent job again from Fawcett plumbing.

Sue was very helpful on the phone when I rang. Sonny arrived on time and phoned 1/2 an hour prior to confirm his arrival time. The job was completed efficiently and without leaving a mess for me to clean up. Sonny even suggested recycling some taps to save us money. Good, friendly service.

Jackson was able to come earlier than expected (after checking with us) and fixed a couple of hoses that had burst under the bathroom sink. He was extremely professional and courteous the entire time and fixed everything up superbly. We have used Fawcett before and will surely do again in the future. Fawcett Plumbing came out to unblock our toilet. It was an emergency and they came really quickly. Their prices are very low in comparison to other companies I called around to. I felt I could trust them and the plumber not only with knowledge but prices.

I had Fawcett Plumbing in to fix my dishwasher. Jackson knew exactly what was the problem. I had installed it incorrectly and he fixed all the pipes and refitted it to fit correctly. The bill was a good price as he was very fast. I would recomend Fawcett Plumbing to friends and family.

Had to call upon Fawcett plumbing for the second time in two weeks as my hot water packed up, was nice to have the same trades man Luke attend. He was able to fix my hot water on the spot, he had the spare parts required with him and we had hot water with in an hour. Thanks again Fawcett plumbing

Job well done. Drain clearance commenced within one hour from our request for help. Plumber Luke offerred a number of methods with quick explainations. Fee was reasonable with payment by Credit Card saving us dealing with cash. We agreed to more work to prevent reoccurance of same problem. A nearly 10 year customer with sure fixes each time.

Sonny Beaumont from Fawcett plumbing came to fix a blockage and replace some very dodgy taps. He was an extremely courteous young man and a highly professional and effective plumber. This is the second time we have used Fawcett Plumbing and we are very impressed with this company and their people. They are a great outfit and we will always use them as our first choice.

I had leakage in my shower and Craig from Fawcett arrived early in the morning and identified the problem and changed the taps over. The service was prompt and I will be using Fawcett Plumbing again when I will need more work done on my shower/bathroom as Identified today

I recently had a burst pipe, so I rang Fawcetts for them to repair it. I was told to fix the burst pipe they would have to cut our concrete. I was concerned that i would then have to invest in another trades-person/company to replace the concrete. To my surprise, Fawcetts have a skilled concretor and he was able finish the concreting the same day they fixed the pipe. I was very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend.
